A poem to the Full Moon

Dear ones, we are entering the Fall season and we have an auspicious Full Moon in Pisces (think creativity, intuition and deeply felt emotions) on a Friday the 13th (goddess magic, before patriarchy claiming feminine power was “evil”)!

I took this photo in a liminal space between land and sea on a potent trip with my family. This haiku is for feeling into the truth of who you are. I hope you do. I’d love to help you remember yourself even more thru bodywork and coaching.

Into the light we are born,

forgetting ourselves,

the ocean remembers us.
